NanoUltra, LLC is an independent software company based in the United States. We build AI products that help people capture, understand and reuse what is said in recordings, meetings, lectures and videos.

Our mission

An enormous amount of human knowledge lives in audio and video — interviews, classes, podcasts, team calls, short-form videos. Most of it is never written down, so it can't be searched, quoted, translated or shared. Our mission is to make every spoken word as easy to work with as text.

What we build

Our flagship product is OmniScribe, an AI transcription workspace. It turns audio, video and media links from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms into accurate, editable transcripts in 98+ languages, complete with speaker labels and timestamps. On top of every transcript, OmniScribe generates summaries, mind maps and key points, and shows translations side by side with the original. Transcripts export to TXT, DOCX, PDF, SRT, VTT and CSV, and developers can use the same capabilities through a REST API.

OmniScribe is used by creators producing captions, teams taking meeting notes, and researchers and students working with interviews and lectures.

How we use AI

Large language models are at the core of our product. We combine state-of-the-art speech recognition with LLM-driven post-processing — summarization, translation, structured extraction (key points, mind maps) and speaker-aware formatting. We also use AI coding assistants throughout our engineering workflow, which lets a small team ship and iterate quickly.
